The Medical Center 10k Classic

10K Corporate Challenge
We encourage you to participate in the 10K Corporate Challenge by doing one or more of the following:
• Find one or two volunteers to spearhead your company’s participation
• Receive a discount of $5 off of individual or family plan fee before Early Bird deadline of September 14th. No discount will be given after Early Bird deadline!
• Distribute entry forms to fellow employee’s
• Place 10K posters in employee break areas or display in store front
• Purchase an ad in the race magazine and post-race results section of the Daily News.

If there is a challenge then there must be a WINNER! The company that recruits the most members will receive the following:
• Company name and logo added to the official The Medical Center 10K Classic web site
• Company name and logo included in the post-race results section in the Daily News
• Company name and logo banner displayed at the Health & Fitness Expo and at the Finish Line
• One free booth at the Health & Fitness Expo
• Recognition at the awards ceremony
• Special team t-shirts featuring the company name and logo

We will have two categories: companies with less than 250 employees and companies with 250+ employees. All forms must be turned in at the same time. Family and friends can count towards your company participation as long as all entry forms are turned in together.

SPECIAL BONUS: If your company agrees to pay the entry fee for all interested employees, you will receive a reduced entry fee of $20 -- a savings of $5 per person! (Discount good only until the Early Bird deadline of September 14th.)

Participant Perks
From the professional runner to the leisurely walker, The Medical Center 10K Classic offers everyone an opportunity to be involved. The Early Bird entry fee for any walking or running event is $20 when received before September 14th. All participants will receive the following:
• Free Citizens First Pasta Party dinner on Friday night at the Sloan Convention Center
• Long-sleeve T-shirt with the official The Medical Center 10K Classic design
• Breakfast snack on the morning of Race Day
• Snack and entertainment at the Finish Line on Race Day
• An opportunity to share in the $10,000 cash drawing during the Awards Ceremony. Three names will be drawn for prize money of $5,000, $3,000, and $2,000 CASH!
• An opportunity to win $1000 cash in a random drawing for all entries received by September 14, 2007.
